Government highlights key areas to improve industrial performance

From boosting innovation, to spreading prosperity around the country, the Government has highlighted five key areas where the country should improve its industrial performance announcing a new independent watchdog to monitor progress. Business Secretary Greg Clark said the government wanted to set up more long term deals in the areas with the biggest potential for growth. But is there a danger that larger but less exciting areas of industry get overlooked?
