Former Met Police officer ‘missed chance’ to investigate Wayne Couzens, hearing told

A police constable missed a chance to properly investigate Wayne Couzens over two instances of indecent exposure, a hearing has been told – hours before he went on to kidnap and murder Sarah Everard.

Samantha Lee, who is no longer a serving officer, has denied gross misconduct.
