Florida guns debate – part 1

Six students, and one of their teachers, discuss the Florida tragedy and the movement for change to the nation’s gun laws that has grown from their grief and their anger. Delaney Tarr says they wouldn’t have been any safer if a teacher had had a gun.

Melanie Weber says she knew was an armed guard on campus, but the fact he didn’t intervene made his role pointless. Demitri Hoth says the second amendment of the US constitution is out of date.
