Fire forces delay in Conservative/DUP deal

The west London fire has had an effect in Westminster, causing a delay in the announcement of a deal between the Conservatives and Northern Ireland’s Democratic Unionist Party. And that could mean the Queen’s Speech to open the new parliament is put back by more than a week.
