Finland and Sweden ‘will be members of Nato’, says former Finnish PM

Away from the frontline, the diplomatic war of words is escalating. Western nations – including the US and UK – are pledging to pump Ukraine full of defensive weaponry, while Russia says that doing so will provoke a ‘lightning-fast’ response.
