Family of 81-year-old who died after four-hour ambulance wait say they’re yet to receive a personal apology

Victoria Macdonald joins us with more details on one health care case which has been in the headlines recently – that of an 81-year-old woman who died after a four-hour wait for an ambulance.

East of England Ambulance Service says it has launched an internal  investigation into the incident and will be speaking to the family privately.
