They’re the first students in the UK to get the results of traditional examinations since the summer of 2019.
More than 120,000 Scottish students received their grades this morning. The results reignited a heated debate in Scotland over whether the Scottish Government is making sufficient progress against what it has called its “defining mission” – to eliminate the gap between the performance of the best and worst off pupils by 2026.
