EU workers to be bound by same immigration rules as other migrants

Workers from the EU should face the same immigration rules as those from elsewhere after Brexit. Ministers signed off the plan last night following recommendations made by the Migration Advisory Committee. The cabinet is said to have unanimously agreed that the UK should have a system based on skills rather than nationality.
