Disabled football fans complain about Europa League final arrangements

Sports reporter

It’s a 2,500-mile journey with tickets costing a fortune and logistics a nightmare. Little wonder that Arsenal and Chelsea fans have been kicking up a fuss about the decision to hold tonight’s Europa League final in the Azerbaijani capital Baku.
