Death toll and anger rise in west London

The police have now confirmed that, at the very least, 30 died in the Grenfell Tower fire. The numbers are rising.  So too are the social and political tensions brought out into the open by Tuesday’s tragedy. And on a day when the Queen and Prince William toured a relief centre in North Kensington, and Theresa May was confronted on the streets by angry residents, there havebeen angry protests inside and outside Kensington and Chelsea town hall.
