Dame Vivienne Westwood: Fashion icon dies aged 81

Tributes have been paid to the fashion icon Dame Vivienne Westwood who has died aged 81.

Stars from across the fashion world have called her a “true originator” while Sir Paul McCartney has described her as “a ballsy lady who rocked the fashion world – and who stood defiantly for what was right”.
