Covid restrictions in Liverpool lead to fears over wellbeing of those living alone

Communities Editor

Tomorrow, Liverpool City Region will wake up to life under tier three coronavirus restrictions.

Residents will be banned from socialising in homes, gardens or hospitality venues with anyone from outside their own household or support bubble.

With no end date for the restrictions, there are fears it could lead to isolation and loneliness for those who live alone, including people with serious illnesses.
