Could Ireland scupper Brexit deal?

International Trade Secretary Liam Fox says there will be no final decision on the future of the Irish border after Brexit until there’s a trade deal between Britain and the EU. But Ireland’s minister for Europe tells Channel 4 News the Irish government will veto trade talks unless it wins guarantees on the border issue.
