Climate crisis up close: Journey to Greenland’s melting glaciers

The best place to hear, see and feel the effects of climate change is in the shadows of the shrinking glaciers of Greenland.

The fast-melting ice has opened up new pathways for explorers to navigate and a small team of women, including polar adventurers, scientists and sustainability experts, have taken to the sea to experience for themselves how quickly our natural world is changing.

Their journey took them from Reykjavik Harbour in Iceland, across the Denmark Strait to the fjords of Greenland.

Filmmaker Sophia Scott was on board.
