Children being failed on health, says royal college

In the actual health service, there’s been a damning indictment from  the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. A year after its State of Child Health report, the college says children in England are being failed – from “destructive” reductions in preventative services, to the failure to tackle obesity, and a lack of investment in breastfeeding support.
