An unusual example of what is becoming an alarmingly usual type of crime. On average 7 hate crimes an hour, every hour. That’s according to the police who have recorded big spikes first after Brexit and now after the string of terror attacks. They also believe that these numbers could be higher still if all the victims of hate crimes actually had the courage to go the police. It is a shameful statistic.
