Chancellor set to unveil delayed infrastructure plans with focus on North-South divide

The Chancellor Rishi Sunak is to unveil the much-delayed National Infrastructure Strategy next week.

Setting out plans for some 100 billion pounds of public spending, Wednesday’s announcement will focus on tackling the climate crisis and investment in transport.
