Carmakers investigated over diesel emissions

Two more major carmakers are being investigated over diesel emissions tests, as the Department of Transport said it was urgently seeking more details. It follows the launch of a US investigation into whether Fiat Chrysler could be using illegal software to hide excess emissions.
