Cabinet tensions over Brexit continue

Theresa May is out of the country, and tensions within Cabinet over Brexit have continued.

The International Trade Secretary Liam Fox says there has been no Cabinet deal on immigration after Brexit, appearing to contradict the Chancellor, Philip Hammond, who claims free movement could continue for up to three years after we leave the EU.
