Brexit: Increased burden on business ‘only detectable impact’, says report by MPs

The only detectable impact of Brexit so far has been to increase the burden on business – that’s the verdict of the MPs on the Public Accounts Committee.

They admit it’s hard to untangle the effect of the pandemic from the Brexit transition, but they have  warned the government it has “much more work” to do to help businesses cope.
