Boris Johnson visits Israel and the Palestinian territories

The Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson has begun a visit to Israel and the Palestinian Territories. British policy is that Israel and the Palestinians should negotiate sovereignty over Jerusalem – which both regard as their capital.
