There was some rousing Rocky like music as Boris Johnson clambered up to the podium but the manifesto he waved in his hands – well few would describe it as bold. “Steady as he goes” seemed to be the verdict from most analysts – a no risk manifesto, with the most consistent theme of course – to Get Brexit Done.
