Bolton in Moscow for nuclear talks

International Editor

America’s National Security Adviser John Bolton has begun two days of talks in Moscow with leading Kremlin officials, amid growing international pressure over President Trump’s decision to walk away from a key nuclear weapons treaty signed in 1987.
