Bollywood leading lady Sridevi Kapoor dies, aged 54

She was India’s first female superstar and Bollywood’s leading lady for two decades, with a career spanning close to 300 films and more than five languages. The Indian actress known simply as Sridevi has died suddenly of a heart attack at the age of 54 while attending a family wedding in Dubai.
