In Lebanon, the families of the people killed in a massive explosion in Beirut’s port last year have reaffirmed their support for the judge leading the inquiry into how the blast happened.
Earlier this week, anger over the progress of the inquiry spiralled into violence as shooting broke out between those supporting the judge and those opposing him.
But the readiness of all sides to resort to lethal force has left some observers wondering if Lebanon can have either justice or peace, but not both.
