Sarkozy denies campaign cash claims
Updated on 06 July 2010
French President Nicolas Sarkozy has denied allegations that his 2007 presidential campaign received 150,000 euros (£124,000) in secret cash donations from France's richest woman.

The scandal - which has already destabilised Mr Sarkozy's conservative government - took a new twist on Tuesday.
