Pakistan agency 'helping Taliban'

The Pakistan intelligence service is offering support to the Afghan Taliban, an academic report claimed.
Harvard analyst Matt Waldman compiled the report for the London School of Economics (LSE) alleging Pakistan's intelligence agency, the ISI, offered the Taliban funding and training.
The LSE report reads: "According to Taliban commanders the ISI orchestrates, sustains and strongly influences the movement.
