Images of 'Baby P' released
Updated on 14 November 2008
The first pictures of the 17-month-old baby killed by his mother and two men have been released tonight after court restrictions were lifted.
Speaking for the first time tonight, the boy's father said his death had been "very traumatic" and he had loved him deeply.
At Westminster tonight, David Cameron said the boy had "fallen through the cracks of a bureaucratic system" - after it emerged that the government was warned about child protection failings in the London borough where he died, six months beforehand.
But the agencies involved insist the complaint was properly investigated.
