Pakistan car bomb kills dozens

Pakistan's second city, Lahore, is the latest target in militant violence as the army battles growing Taliban insurgency in the north west of the country.

A car bomb has killed at least 22 people and injured hundreds more in the city of Lahore.

There has been no claim of responsibility so far but the blast comes as the army battles a growing Taliban insurgency in the north west of the country.

Gunmen attacked the police headquarters in Lahore firing at guards at the gate before setting off a car bomb.


International Editor Lindsey Hilsum and terror analyst M J Gohel speak to Channel 4 News about the bombing.
