Are the Russians deliberately targeting civilian food supplies?

President Zelenskyy continues to run his besieged and fractured country from the government quarter in Kyiv, even giving a press conference today.

The capital feels the Russian noose tightening around it, with troops advancing slowly but relentlessly. When the siege begins in earnest, it may become the most dramatic, bloody and drawn out since World War Two.

International Editor Lindsey Hilsum has been to Brovary 20 miles north-east of Kyiv and is in the capital for us.
