Are Brexit talks really yielding progress?

In Brussels, Britain’s Brexit envoy David Frost was in town today for technical talks with EU counterparts to see whether any progress can be made.

The Prime Minister keeps insisting that the talks are intense and yielding progress, with new proposals on the table.

This is a key part of his political strategy to parliament, the British public and the EU.

But how is that going? How realistic are his claims? We caught up with David Frost, as he walked into those technical talks.
