Aleppo: Amnesty International says UN has failed Syria

In Syria, the exodus of civilians from the besieged eastern side of the Syrian city of Aleppo continues. The United Nations now says that more than 30 thousand people – mostly women and children – have fled the area. But there are increasing reports that men of fighting age among the evacuees are being detained by Syrian forces.
