A record rise in the number of rough sleepers

Homeless charities describe it as a “catastrophe” that – in this day and age – so many people are sleeping out on the streets. The Government insists it’s investing hundreds of millions of pounds – but in Camden in north London – there’s been a 1000% rise in rough sleepers since 2010.
