Tomorrow marks 20 years since the Good Friday Agreement was signed. It was the political settlement that for most marked the end of the Northern Ireland Troubles. Today, representatives of loyalist paramilitary organisations came together to announce they would make the final move to respect law and order, and that members who continue to take part in crime would be expelled.
