Why can't I hear any audio once I start watching videos on my Xbox 360/One?

If you've checked that all your cables are connected and ensured that the mute is not on or volume turned down, we would suggest that you try using an analogue cable to connect your Xbox to your TV, replacing the standard HDMI cable.

We have identified this audio playback issue on LG TV's in particular. We believe this issue is due to the firmware on certain types of TVs not being compatible with Channel 4's video protection.
