I am having issues playing out All 4 content on my Samsung IDTV, what can I do?

If you have are experiencing issues playing out content, e.g. no videos play, or getting 'content not available' message, or seeing black screen, your firmware may not be up to date which may prevent playback of video.

To update your firmware, press the Menu key and select Support > Software Update > By Online or visit and download the latest firmware.

You can refer to your device's user manual for more information on how to update your device via USB.
