If you’re seeing this error message, it means that the app can't play the programme you’ve selected due to an unexpected error. Please try restarting the app and/or restarting your device and if that doesn't work, please contact us, letting us know what device you're using and what programme you’re trying to watch and we'll investigate this for you.
