Good For Nothing bunch of chart-topping chancers Hard Fi make Killer Sounds like it ain’t no thing. The band’s debut album Stars of CCTV climbed to number one in the UK charts back in 2006 earning them a Mercury nomination and a retrospective shout out from Q magazine as the best album of 2005! (it came out ion 2005).
While Stars of CCTV had to climb, their second album Once Upon a Time in the West went straight in at number one in 2007, securing the band a domestic double of chart-topping success. Their third album Killer Sounds is due for release this September and the band will be looking to make it an all-elusive treble, and we definitely wouldn’t bet against them.
