  • Hinterstoder is a small resort, with just 12 slopes and 15 lifts
  • The quiet village is most famous for hosting World Cup slalom and giant slalom events
  • The World Cup course is one of the most difficult on the circuit, being renowned for its bumps and difficult, rutted terrain
  • Past winners include Michael von Gruenigen and Kjetil Aamodt
  • More than 15,000 local fans turn up to watch the World Cup every year, but no Austrian has ever won the event
