- This Ultimate Football Quiz ("Quiz") is organised 4 Ventures Limited and/or Channel 4 of 124 Horseferry Road, London SW1P 2TX ("4 Ventures").
- By playing the Quiz you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Quiz will run on a monthly basis until 31 May 2007.
- The Prize will be awarded to the player with the highest score, to be determined by 4 Ventures in its sole discretion.

- 4 Ventures, its group companies and sub-contractors do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any system, server or provider or otherwise which may result in any quiz entry being lost or not properly recorded. 4 Ventures is also not responsible for traffic congestion or other capacity issues which may result in an entry not being recorded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4 Ventures hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liability (whether express or implied) regarding the Quiz. Nothing however shall exclude 4 Ventures' liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

- In the event of any dispute regarding the Quiz, the decision of 4 Ventures shall be binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, including whether the questions or answers are correct.
- 4 Ventures reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this website.
- Employees of Channel 4 and the Channel 4 group of companies, their families, and anyone connected with the Quiz may not play the Quiz and is not entitled to any prize.
- The winner of each Quiz acknowledges that their name may be publicised.
- 4 Ventures owns all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Quiz and in all the questions and you are not permitted to copy the questions or forward them to any other person.
- 4 Ventures may disqualify you from winning any prizes and participating in the Quiz if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that you may be in beach of any of these terms and conditions and/or your use of a mobile phone and/or your participation in the Quiz may be fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
