French giants chase Jestrovic

Marseille and Auxerre are both interested in signing Nenad Jestrovic from Anderlecht, but the Serbian striker would prefer a move to the Premiership.

Top scorer in Belgium last season, Jestrovic is ready to quit Anderlecht and is being courted by Saudi Arabian side Al Alin, as well as the French pair.

“I’ve received several offers but for the time being I am happy to wait a little bit,” he explained.

“But I will make my choice before the end of January.

Jestrovic is keen to move to England but has not yet received any offers from across the Channel. Should he move to Auxerre he would join up a former star of the Belgian League, Luigi Pieroni.
