Coach: Laurent Fournier
Laurent Fournier was a defensive midfielder in the mythic PSG side of the mid-nineties that won the 1994 League crown and the 1996 Cup Winners' Cup. He joined Bastia in 1998 and was installed as player-Coach six months later, however the move was not a success and Fournier did not return to coaching until taking over the PSG reserves in 2003. He then replaced Vahid Halilhodzic as PSG’s senior Coach in January 2005 and was originally intended as a stop-gap measure, but his excellent working relationship with the players saw him offered the position permanently at the start of the 2005/06 season. |
