Palermo veteran Giovanni Tedesco is adamant that the Rosanero are not in crisis as they prepare to face Roma.
Rosanero Coach Stefano Colantuono won the sack race in record time when trigger-happy President Maurizio Zamparini axed him last week.
The new man at the helm is Davide Ballardini - who kept Cagliari afloat last term - and he faces the daunting task of setting things right after Week 1's defeat against Udinese.
There were reports that the dressing room and backroom staff were angered at Colantuono's dismissal, but Tedesco insists that things are running smoothly at the Stadio Renzo Barbera.
There is no crisis in our dressing room, the 36-year-old maintained. We are all ready to restart work after the change of direction.
The sacking of Colantuono was a defeat for us players, but we are a very united group.
Our next game against Roma will be difficult for us because they are Scudetto challengers, Tedesco conceded.
But we will make it tough for them too because they are taking on a side determined to make up for a bad opening game.
The passion of our fans will be useful to help us get the win we need.
