Sampdoria should've taken the lead on the stroke of half-time when Kutuzov threaded through for Flachi, but he incredibly fired over with only the goalkeeper to beat.
After the restart, Di Natale wasted another golden opportunity by ballooning over from close range following Pisano's error.
Di Natale made up for his mistake by giving Udinese the lead with a marvellous long-range strike into the top corner.
Samp hit back soon after, as Flachi sprinted into the area and placed a right-foot finish past De Sanctis to equalise.
Antonioli needed his reflexes sharp to keep out a Iaquinta solo effort in the closing stages.
