The Palermo President is notorious for his itchy trigger finger and sacked Stefano Colantuono one week into the new campaign to bring in Ballardini.

“As a precautionary measure I gave him a new contract, as I think I’ve found the right man. He can talk to the squad and is the first Coach I’ve found who shows the team his human side. This is why we get along.”
