Napoli breathed a sigh of relief after it was revealed that Marek Hamsik and Fabiano Santacroce should be back soon from injury.
Both hobbled off against Milan at the weekend and were rushed to Rome's Villa Stuart where tests were carried out.
Partenopei fans need not have worried though, as Hamsik and Santacroce only suffered heavy bruising and will be back in training within three or four days.
Doctor De Nicola, Napoli's in house physician, will evaluate the situation tomorrow and then decide whether to pass them fit for Sampdoria's visit to San Paolo on Sunday.
Santacroce is said to be the most in doubt of the pair, while Hamsik should figure at some point this weekend.
Santacroce and Hamsik have established themselves as real protagonists in Serie A this season, attracting interest from Europe's big clubs.
Inter had the opportunity to sign them when they were at Brescia in 2006, but famously missed out. Nerazzurri President Massimo Moratti recently called it one of his biggest regrets.
