Bologna continue to bait unsettled Inter stars, as after Cesar they in talks for Mario Balotelli, Luis Jimenez and Nelson Rivas.
Sinisa Mihajlovic was Roberto Mancini’s assistant manager at San Siro and took over the Rossoblu bench a month ago.
His first transfer move was to bring in out of contract winger Cesar Aparecido, who claimed he had been left out in the cold at Inter because he was “one of Mancini’s men.”
Others could now make the same journey, as it is confirmed the two clubs are discussing several loan deals.
“We had a general look over the landscape to understand who Inter could release in the January transfer window,” Bologna directors told newspapers after a meeting between Presidents Massimo Moratti and Francesca Menarini.
Balotelli is the main candidate, especially after the 18-year-old sensation was dropped from the squad for today’s clash with Napoli.
“He didn’t work sufficiently this week in training or the match situation,” explained Jose Mourinho in a Press conference.
Balotelli was launched from the youth team into Serie A and the Champions League by Mancini and Mihajlovic, so would be eager to prove himself with regular playing time at Bologna.
Other options for the Dall’Ara side include Jimenez and Rivas, who have been struggling with injury this season and will otherwise find it difficult to break back into the team.
