Monday 24 November, 2008 |
| Nicola Legrottaglie remains positive after Juventus' defeat against Inter and hopes for an immediate reaction against Zenit St Petersburg.
The Old Lady lost the Derby d'Italia 1-0 after a bizarre Sulley Muntari goal and now trail the leaders by six points.
However, Legrottaglie, who was partly responsible for Inter's winner at San Siro, remains optimistic.
The results from Sunday meant that we didn't lose too much, the ex-Chievo man told Sky Sport Italia.
Inter are six points ahead of us, but the League is still open and balanced.
This year will not be like last year because the Nerazzurri will find it harder to break away from us.
We are still up there and we will try and close the gap when we play smaller sides.
Legro then turned his attention to tomorrow's Champions League trip to Russia to face Zenit.
It is a good chance to boost our morale, he claimed.
We will be looking for the win, but we know that it won't be easy for us. It will be freezing out there and Zenit have the advantage of being used to the conditions.
But once we warm up, it will be fine and I expect us to play a good game.
Temperatures are expected to be just below zero when Juve take to the pitch at the Petrovsky Stadium.
