| Roma winger Rodrigo Taddei claims that a Champions League win over Chelsea was the turning point for the Giallorossi's season.
Things finally seem to be going right for Luciano Spalletti's men, who won the Rome derby last weekend.
A miserable start to the season seems to have been forgotten and Brazilian star Taddei thinks a 3-1 win over Chelsea in the Champions League was the catalyst for the recent turn around.
“I think the win over Chelsea changed our season,” he claimed.
“We went through a delicate period, but results like that are really good for morale.
“Rome is a city that loves extremes. Everything is either going very well or very badly.
“I noticed that a few years ago, in my first season at the club, but we know that we are a strong side whether we have proved it or not.”
Roma travel to Lecce this weekend and will be favourites against a side that have won just once in seven games.
