| Catania have confirmed that they will fine tactician Walter Zenga for his live TV row with RAI presenter Enrico Varriale yesterday.
The pair had been at loggerheads after Zenga refused to give a post-match interview last weekend.
And the Etnei boss responded angrily to Varriale mentioning his error in World Cup 1990 against Argentina in yesterday's interview after Catania's win over Torino.
“Zenga will be fined,” Catania sporting director Pietro Lo Monaco stated on Radio Anch'io Sport
“Behaviour like his yesterday doesn't do the image of the club any good. It was an appalling incident that didn't reflect well on either man.
“The incident had nothing to do with the Sunday's football and I was disappointed that our Coach let himself down like that.
“He is working very well but sometimes he regresses back to the way he was as a player. He needs to stop that kind of thing, but the issue ends there.”
